Aspiration Financial LLC’s Cash Management Accounts are accessed from the Aspiration Platform website and mobile application, which is owned by Aspiration Partners Inc.
Aspiration Partners Inc has entered an agreement to license technology assets to Mission Financial Partners LLC, allowing Mission Financial Partners LLC to manage the Aspiration Platform, which provides access to and helps support accounts at financial institutions, including Cash Management Accounts at Aspiration Financial LLC and Checking and Savings Accounts at Coastal Community Bank.
Aspiration Financial LLC will no longer offer or support Cash Management Accounts. Effective March 23rd, 2024, the Aspiration Spend & Save Account will be converted from a Cash Management account at Aspiration Financial, LLC to a Checking and Savings account at Coastal Community Bank. The new account at Coastal Community Bank will be accessed and supported through the Aspiration Platform similar to the Aspiration Financial LLC Cash Management Account.
By accepting the terms and conditions as set forth below, you agree to the following: (1) the Aspiration Financial, LLC Customer Account Agreement; (2) the closure of your Aspiration Financial LLC Cash Management account, to open a new Checking and Savings account at Coastal Community Bank, and the transfer of your current Cash Management account balance to the new Checking and Savings account with Coastal Community Bank; and (3) the new Aspiration Deposit Account Agreement which governs the new Checking and Savings account at Coastal Community Bank which will be managed by Aspiration.

- Aspiration Financial, LLC is a registered broker-dealer and Member FINRA/SIPC.
- Aspiration Financial, LLC will no longer offer or support Spend and Save Cash Management Accounts. Existing Cash Management Accounts must either be closed or converted to a new Checking and Savings account at Coastal Community Bank.
- Coastal Community Bank is a state-chartered bank in the state of Washington.
- Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC, is a registered investment advisor.
- Aspiration Financial, LLC; Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC; Aspiration Insurance Agency, LLC; Aspiration Card Services, LLC; Aspiration Realty, LLC; Aspiration Sustainable Impact Services, LLC; and Make Earth Green Again, LLC are all affiliated entities and each is a direct or indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Aspiration Partners Inc. (collectively “Aspiration”).
- Mission Financial Partners, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Mission Financial”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MFP Capital Group Inc.
- Neither Aspiration Financial, LLC, Mission Financial, nor the parent entities, nor any affiliates, are a Bank.

Aspiration’s amended Platform Policies (E-Sign Agreement, Aspiration Security Policy, Aspiration SMS Policy), Terms of Use, and amended policies will take effect.
I acknowledge that I have received, read, and reviewed:
I hereby authorize Aspiration to communicate and market products and services, including providing notice of, through use of Website, Mobile App, Social Media, Email, Phone, SMS, Text Messaging, Push Notifications, and other cellular and advertising channels. I understand that text message, data rates, and other fees may apply. I further understand that I must opt out in order to stop these methods of communication and marketing.
I authorize my wireless operator (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon, or any other branded wireless operator) to disclose my mobile number, name, address, email, network status, customer type, customer role, billing type, mobile device identifiers (IMSI and IMEI) and other subscriber status and device details, if available, to a third party service provider, solely to verify my identity and prevent fraud for the duration of the business relationship. See Aspiration’s Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice for how Aspiration treats consumer data.
Under penalty of perjury, I certify that:
- I am the owner of any external account used to fund or make payment to any Aspiration account or service.
- I am a U.S. person (including a U.S. resident alien) as defined on IRS Form W-9.
- The Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number shown on this application is correct.
- I am not subject to IRS backup withholding.
- If I am currently (or in the future become) employed by or affiliated with a broker dealer, I will provide Aspiration with my position and employer's name and address by emailing support@aspiration.com.
- I am not a 10% shareholder, director or policy maker of a publicly traded company.
- I am not a politically exposed person.
- I am not employed by another self-regulatory organization.
The Internal Revenue Service does not require your consent to any provision of this above other than the certifications required to avoid backup withholding.
I UNDERSTAND THAT DUE TO THE PASSAGE OF THE USA PATRIOT ACT, I AM REQUIRED TO RECEIVE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT:
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account or is added as an additional signatory to an account. The information we request may vary depending on the circumstances, but at a minimum, will include your name, address, an identification number such as your social security or taxpayer identification number, and for individuals, your date of birth. We also may be required to verify the information you provide to us. This verification process may require you to provide us with supporting documentation that we deem appropriate, such as a driver's license or other identifying documents. We may also seek to verify the information by other means. We reserve the right to request additional information and/or signatures from you from time to time. Please remember that any documents or information we gather in the verification process will be maintained in a confidential manner.
The following section is specific to if I am applying for (or in the future apply for) an Aspiration Spend & Save Cash Management Account:

I understand that I may open a Cash Management Account or brokerage account with Aspiration Financial, LLC by going through the account selection and opening process on the Aspiration website or mobile application. Furthermore, I certify that:
- I have read and reviewed the Aspiration Financial, LLC Brokerage Relationship Summary along with a list of conversation starters.
- I understand that Aspiration Financial, LLC is not a Bank.
- I understand that I have the option to pay a fee to Aspiration in an amount of my choosing that I believe is fair, between $0 and $20 per month. This fee is charged monthly for the Aspiration Spend & Save Cash Management Account.
- I may increase or decrease the Fee Rate at any time upon written notice to Aspiration, such notice to be provided pursuant to Section 23 of the Aspiration Customer Account Agreement. If I do so, the adjusted Fee Rate (if any) in effect at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the last business day of the month is effective retroactively from the first business day of the month and is used to calculate the Fee for the month.
- I have received the Business Continuity Plan Disclosure Statement.
- I have read and reviewed, and I agree to the terms and provisions of, the Aspiration Customer Account Agreement, the Spend & Save Fees Schedule, the Aspiration Insured Bank Deposit Program Disclosure Statement the Check Card Agreement, the Funds Availability Policy, the Reg E Disclosures, the ACH Agreement, and the Mobile Services Addendum.
- I have read and reviewed, and I agree to the terms and provisions of, the Aspiration Spend & Save Supplement Disclosure.
- I understand that Plant Your Change is an optional service and if I choose to opt into this service, I have read and reviewed, and I agree to the terms and provisions of the Plant Your Change Disclosure.
- I acknowledge and understand that Aspiration Financial, LLC is the distributor of the Aspiration Redwood Fund.
- I am the owner of the account used to fund my Aspiration cash management account or brokerage account.
- I hereby authorize Aspiration Financial, LLC to automatically invest the available cash in my brokerage account through the Aspiration Sweep Program. The Aspiration Sweep Program currently only makes available the Aspiration Insured Bank Deposit Program (the "Bank Deposit Program") as an option. Through the Bank Deposit Program, Aspiration Financial, LLC will deposit my available cash into one or more banks whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. The terms and conditions of the Bank Deposit Program are described in the Aspiration Customer Account Agreement and the Bank Deposit Program Disclosure Statement.
- I agree and understand that Aspiration Financial, LLC, upon notice to me, may change the investment options available to me for the available cash in my brokerage account, including adding or discontinuing investment options, changing the terms and conditions of any available investment options, establishing eligibility criteria for investment options, and, if an investment option is no longer available to me, moving my funds from one investment option to another.
- I understand that Aspiration Financial, LLC may use third parties to provide some services to me and agree to the third-party terms and conditions necessary to use these services and products.
- I understand that Fund Shares are not deposits or obligations of, or guaranteed or endorsed by, any financial institution and are not federally insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, the Federal Reserve Board or any other agency.
- I understand that my property may be transferred to the appropriate state if no activity occurs in the account within the time period specified by law. This process is governed by the escheatment laws of my state.
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE ASPIRATION FINANCIAL, LLC CUSTOMER ACCOUNT AGREEMENT CONTAINS A PREDISPUTE ARBITRATION CLAUSE LOCATED IN SECTION 47 ON PAGES 26 TO 27.

I understand that I may open an Aspiration-branded demand deposit and savings account (“Aspiration Account”) with Mission Financial Partners, LLC by going through the account selection and opening process on the Aspiration website or mobile application. Furthermore, I certify that:
- I understand that Mission Financial Partners, LLC, is not a Bank.
- I understand that I have the option to pay a fee to Mission Financial Partners, LLC in an amount of my choosing that I believe is fair, between $0 and $20 per month. This fee is charged monthly for the Aspiration Account.
- I may increase or decrease the Pay What is Fair Fee at any time upon written notice to Aspiration, such notice to be provided pursuant to Schedule 3 of the Aspiration Deposit Account Agreement. If I do so, the adjusted Pay What is Fair Fee. (if any) in effect on the last business day of the month is effective retroactively from the first business day of the month and is used to calculate the Fee for the month.
- I have received the Business Continuity Plan Disclosure Statement.
- I have read and reviewed, and I agree to the terms and provisions of, the Aspiration Deposit Account Agreement.
- I understand that Plant Your Change is an optional service, and if I choose to opt into this service, I have read reviewed, and agreed to the terms and provisions of the Plant Your Change Disclosure.
- I am the owner of the account used to fund my Aspiration Account.
- I hereby authorize Mission Financial, LLC to automatically invest the available cash in my Aspiration Account through the Insured Bank Deposit Program. The terms and conditions of the Bank Deposit Program are described in the Deposit Account Agreement (Schedule 4)
- I understand that Mission Financial Partners, LLC, may use third parties to provide some services to me and agree to the third-party terms and conditions necessary to use these services and products.
- I understand that my property may be transferred to the appropriate state if no activity occurs in the account within the time period specified by law. This process is governed by the escheatment laws of my state.
I UNDERSTAND AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE MISSION FINANCIAL PARTNERS, LLC DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AGREEMENT CONTAINS A PREDISPUTE ARBITRATION CLAUSE LOCATED IN SECTION 32 OF THE DEPOSIT ACCOUNT AGREEMENT.
The following section is specific to if I am applying for (or in the future apply for) an Aspiration Redwood Fund and Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC Account:
I certify that:
- I have read and reviewed the Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC Advisory Relationship Summary along with a list of conversation starters.
- I have read and reviewed, and I agree to the terms and provisions of the Aspiration Investment Advisory Client Agreement.
- I have received the reviewed Aspiration Fund Adviser's ADV Brochure Part 2A
- I have received Aspiration's IRA Disclosure & Custody Agreement, which applies if I open an IRA with Aspiration.
- I have read and received Aspiration Funds’ documents including: the Aspiration Redwood Summary Prospectus, the Aspiration Redwood Prospectus, and the Aspiration Redwood Statement of Additional Information.
- I understand that I have the option to pay a fee to Aspiration Fund Advisers, LLC in an amount of my choosing that I believe is fair. This fee is calculated on annualized basis and charged quarterly for the Advisory Account. I may increase or decrease the Fee Rate to between 0.00% and 2.00% annualized at any time upon written notice to Aspiration Fund Adviser, LLC, such notice to be provided pursuant to Section 18 of the Aspiration Investment Advisory Client Agreement. If I do so, the adjusted Fee Rate (if any) in effect at 12:00 PM Eastern Time on the last business day of the quarter is effective retroactively from the first business day of the quarter and is used to calculate the Fee for the quarter.
- I understand that my property may be transferred to the appropriate state if no activity occurs in the account within the time period specified by law. This process is governed by the escheatment laws of your state.
- I authorize the Fund Company and its agents to act upon instructions (by phone, in writing or other means) believed to be genuine and in accordance with procedures described in the prospectus for this account or any account into which transfers are made.
- I agree that neither the Fund Company nor any of its agents will be liable for any loss, cost or expense for acting on such instructions. The Fund Company can redeem shares from my account(s) to reimburse for any loss due to non-payment or other indebtedness.
- I certify that I have the authority and legal capacity to make this purchase in this account, and that I am of legal age in my state of residence.
- I acknowledge and understand that Aspiration Financial, LLC is the distributor of the Aspiration Redwood Fund.
