Fund data is provided by Bloomberg's Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Data Service. ESG criteria include such factors as environmental footprint, governance and workplace diversity, among other considerations.
2/The fund received five out of five globes and a High sustainability rating by Morningstar as of 31-March-2017. Sustainaytics provides company-level analysis in the calculation of Morningstar’s Sustainability Score based on information provided in the fund prospectus.

*The Fund’s inception date was November 16, 2015 for the Investor Class Shares.

**The Advisor has entered into a contractual agreement (the “Expense Limitation Agreement”) with the Trust, on behalf of the Fund, under which it has agreed to waive or reduce its fees and to assume other expenses of the Fund, if necessary, in amounts that limit the Fund’s total operating expenses (exclusive of interest, taxes, brokerage commissions, borrowing costs, fees and expenses of other investment companies in which the Fund invests, and other expenditures which are capitalized in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, and other extraordinary expenses not incurred in the ordinary course of the Fund’s business) to not more than 0.50% of the average daily net assets of the Fund for the current fiscal period. The current term of the Expense Limitation Agreement remains in effect until January 31, 2018.
